Never liked the stinky little critters. He would leave the house when his mother made sardine salad - like tuna salad, but made with sardines...

You KNEW ol' «Louis» would like that '29 Packard!
:-)Louis la Vachehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09039777863022193315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3874656382203957840.post-14220042877381987422014-01-26T07:13:19.945-05:002014-01-26T07:13:19.945-05:00That picture is a treasure for sure. I remember people saying how great it was to have the time to play board games, people went outside to escape the heat of the house since it was in summer and no air conditioning was running, and how they started talking with their neighbors and how they all "swore" they would un-plug every so often to just have that closeness again. Makes you wonder if people did.

Have to say, folding clothes to put them in a dryer does sound a bit odd!

bettybettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06323135450742337670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3874656382203957840.post-2131176215409622732014-01-25T19:13:17.160-05:002014-01-25T19:13:17.160-05:00Humm I know I've seen a lot of things that sur...Humm I know I've seen a lot of things that surprised me but my mind is blank.Paulahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04007728342316668058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3874656382203957840.post-24165219842028673822014-01-25T18:45:53.005-05:002014-01-25T18:45:53.005-05:00What a great old photograph.
