We now have a date for the implant to be turned on, I think it is the 21st of this month.
Back at the park we ate left over chili and headed out for a walk. We did about 4 miles. I wanted to especially show you this area I did not show before. This pine grove has the a beautiful luscious forest floor covering.
And this I missed the other day a fallen tree framing the dogwood in the distance.
I am tired it was a long day.

Get some rest. It was a long day for both of you. Hopefully things will continue on the right path. Take care.
ReplyDeleteIt is an incredibly beautiful place. I loved seeing the dogwood tree. Good news that you can drive again and good that very soon now you'll be hearing with 2 ears ! What a blessing ! Snow here today. None the less I'm thankful for another day.
ReplyDeleteI am very excited and happy for you!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty meadow of trees! Glad to hear you got a good report, Jack! Hope you rested up last night! Can't wait to hear about how it goes when the implant gets turned on later this month.

Glad you got a good report. I hope you get amazing results when they turn it on. Take it easy, Sheila
ReplyDeleteGlad you are doing Ok and got a good report about everything healing good.
ReplyDeleteBe glad when you are back home. I am trying to hold the town together.
I got to go to Historic House and pull weeds from my 2 areas and put mulch down.
Congrats, Jack!
ReplyDeleteWe'll be here when you're fully rested.
Glad to hear the good report.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing all the pictures of your walk. The stand of pines with the green grass and white dogwood flowers is especially pretty.
A good report is what I wanted to hear! That dogwood looks sweet all alone in the forest. I'm sure you can come up with a story for that.
ReplyDeleteI bet your looking forward to the 21st so you can get turn on....haha, I had to say that.
Get some rest
Lisa
I like hearing that you had a good report ... puts a smile on my face :)
ReplyDeleteThat pine plantation is pretty with that little dogwood trying to compete with the mighty pine to grow there. I like it when the "underdog" wins.
I know you'll be glad when they fire that baby up. Glad things are moving along.
ReplyDeleteI actually love left over chili. Jilda makes a vat of it from time to time and after feeding a few small countries, we still have enough for leftovers. I think it's better the next day.
