Cards for the troops and delay in plans.

Xerox is providing this for the troops. If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to a member of the armed services.

How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! It is FREE and it only takes a second.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our soldiers over there need to know we are behind them.

This takes just 10 seconds and it's a wonderful way to say thank you. Please take the time and please take the time to pass it on for others to do. We can never say enough thank you's.
I did this and it did not take but a few seconds. It is a nice gesture by Xerox.

Well, we looked out the windshield (our picture window) and saw the ground covered in a heavy white blanket, it was FROST. Water stuttered, because it nearly froze. Something I totally forgot, to disconnect the hose to the Motor home. My forgetter is getting better. That is something in the past I would not have forgotten. The whole situation just keeps reminding us of the sound, that is becoming Louder, LOUder, and LOUDER!!! It says FLORIDA! LOL Yeah we are sissies.

You can forget the snow dance Sheila! And if you do a good one make sure there is a stop sign at the Florida border. LOL.

We are wrapping things up, now it is according to the mail. If I can ever find out when the new books are being delivered?. This new one, ‘Why Not Forever’ is a small one or two evening book. It is about a 100 pages with large print.
The departure has already been delayed a day. Now it is Wednesday. Trust this is the only delay.
Thanks for coming by the log

will visit Xerox, Jack; I think they did something similar; always good to support our troops any way we can!

I don't blame you for wanting to go south and avoid the wet white stuff! might as well enjoy the warmth of Florida if you can :)

I'm glad your water didn't freeze completely and bust anything. That would have been a mess. About 3 this morning we had sleet, freezing drizzle followed by snow but it didn't amount to much. The temp was 34 at the time, if it had been a few degrees colder the roads would have been slick as glass because that sleet was coming down hard.
