On the road again

One never knows what to expect in this life. We are nearing the georgia Border as I type. Sherry is hitting as many pot holes as she can. hahahahahaha

Just wanted to come on line at 65 mph and let you know we are headed for Michigan, and Ypsilanti. Sherry's brother Johnny is not doing very well and we are headed that way.

If you talk to the Lord say a prayer for John, He is Sherry's younger Brother. He left North Carolina in 1956 and has been in and around Detroit until now.

He retired from GM.

Sherry just informed me we just crossed the Suwannia river.

Thanks for dropping by the log.

Oh, Sherry, so glad you had a chance to make those memories this summer, when you went to see Johnny. He is in our prayers, as you two are as you travel north. Be careful of these northern roads. Keep those wheels rolling, slow and safe, dear friends.
Watch out for those potholes, as the frost lifts from the ground. It really can make some of the roads rough.
Will be thinking of all 3 of you.

Do drive carefully! And - stop driving and rest before you are worn totally to a frazzle. I just shared this news with Frances and she said, "I'm so sorry. Tell Sherry we'll be praying." If you are thru here and have time give us a call.

Praying you will have a safe trip and you will find Johnny better. I am so glad he came down and we all had Dinner together celebrating Vernons and Jacks Birthday. Drive careful and
watch out for those pot holes. Hope they don't
have snow.

I certainly will be praying for John. I was to sick to visit blogs and fight Norton's back up at the same time. Stay well. Oh! and by the way I found out our fellow bloggers are the best help with their prayers.

Well, you stopped comments so now I have to go comment on the previous post. lol Some of us can't keep our mouths shut, ya know. lol

Glad you made it safely. Sorry it is snowing. I know you prefer it down south but you have done a good thing by being by a man's side and by being by your wife's side. Ya'll take care and snuggle up and bundle up! Oh and you would say this to me...."it's 70 here"! ha. ha. ha. Love you guys!
