More Reunion I think, who knows with my present system

(Above) This is my friend George and his wife Donna. I had the best story about George, but Blogger will not let me cut and past it. I will get it later.

Below is the men attending the Reunion. These were young vibrant men fifty years ago!
Our Pastor from the 1950 Bishop (Brother) matthews and his right hand man, Jack landers.  Jack kept us all straight. At the time I think Jack was the senior ranking person in the church group. Of course we did not go by rank in our church we were all Brothers and enjoyed the fellowship.
Bill and Betty Waters with Brother Matthews.  Bill is a Retired minister himself now, but is the pastor for the seniors at Praise Cathedral in Greer, SC
I am sorry I cannot get this Blogger to cooperate with more pictures and the stories I had preprinted for cut and paste.  Will try later.
We had a great time and Ate some Cajun Fish and potatoes after church before everyone departed for their homes.

It was a great time.  Thanks for coming this way.  Tomorrow, Nawlins awaits and some time at the Cafe' du Mode.

PS:

The easiest way to find something lost around the
house is to buy a replacement.

Jack - thanks for a great post about the reunion. I love the pictures. I did recognize you and Sherry (of course) and George and Donna; Bill and Betty, and Bill Hale. I did not remember Bill from Biloxi - but have met him here. At least I think that is Bill on the extreme right of the picture. I would not have known Jack Landers. And who is the tall fellow just behind you in the picture of the men (extreme left of the picture)? He looks familiar. I feel kinda empty - not getting to go - but your post helped greatly! Thanks for showing the pictures.

Have a cafe au lait for me at the French Market!
