The other day I went over to start clearing the grass out and as I reported I cut Mark’s phone line. I have spliced it but still have not encased it to keep out the moisture.
It was drizzling, a little so I did not go to Mark’s. I got a call saying ‘THEY’ were laying out the slab and ready to form it up, how wide is the mouth to be. Hold on I will be right there.

She doesn't get frustrated, since she is deaf, the little diesel engine doesn't bother her.

It is Saturday, Luke (Grandson) doesn't work on Saturdays (I think he is union).
He and MJ are enjoying the four wheeler that ran away with me last year. I try to stay away from it.
Well maybe it will dry out and I can get some pictures as "I" pour the slab, like I formed it up! hahahahaha!

LUCKY ME. ONCE WAS DIGGING IN BACK YARD TO PLANT A VERY YOUNG TREE. HAD THE HOLE ALMOST FINISHED AND SHOVED THE SPADE DOWN AND JUST GRAZED THE PHONE LINE BURIED THERE A FEW INCHES DEEP. NO HARM THOUGH A GOOD LESSON TO ALWAYS HAVE A 'CHECK' BEFORE DIGGING. sam
MJ looks so cute riding on those motorized things, You would think she wouldn't like the vibrations. I got one of those letters once and I sent a reply back asking if they thought I was stupid hahaha. I have got some since then but don't read them, just hit the delete tab.

tsk, tsk, what is it with you construction guys and cutting phone lines...ha. Happened twice at our house when they were building the house next door. The telephone guy told me what to do if it got cut again so the second time we were able to splice it until they came and fixed it proper...Take care, Sheila

I always "loved" working with concrete, still do, wish I was there to help!! I like the smell, the feel and and if I do say so myself can put a pretty good finish on it.
Just got home, very hard day sitting with my sister and watching my Brother in Law as his life slips away!! Tonight will not be a good night for sleeping, will spend some time reading some "Scripture" and "Verse" from the Good Book.

LOL...cute..and yes...we receive those letters...and they go to the delete box...wherever that is LOL...hope the slab is all you want it to be...!!! it is gloomy and chilly here today...good day to read a book....and I am..just taking a break now...and guess what book I am reading ??? MJ is the best looking one of all. So Jack you cut the phone line??? I can not believe that a man of the world would do such thing.
