Autos of my history:
This 30s Ford pic was sent to me by my Grandson Josh:
For today:
Any early 1930’s
kicks in a memory that makes me smile. in 1955 A friend Bud Coren had a ’34 Ford
Coupe. He was asking $50 for it and I
couldn’t put that much together. LOL
I told Josh that the one in the
Thrift store would probably cost $250 with inflation today. LOL LOL
The
year of the one above, 1931, is the car that prompted the famous letter from
Bonnie (Bonnie and Clyde) to Henry Ford thanking him for the fast ‘getaway car’
Ford had produced.
Oh Yes, Sherry and I
wanted to thank you folk for all the nice comments and Happy Birthdays to Sherry,
my sweetie.
The
title of this blog entry is about me so many times. Things I wish I had said, or things worded
much better than I could say it.
I saw this SOFT blanket on the Net, it
said what I wanted to say to my sweetheart:
Wording
reprinted LOL:
And loved more than you KNOW.
Anyway If any of you folk see a 193Os Ford for $250-$350 let me know
Nite Shipslog
PS: My girl like many others today don't see herself as she really is. Methinks some of you fit that description...

What a lovely inscription on the blanket.
The both of you are an inspiration to all of us. I thank you for that.
God bless, Sherry and Jack; and God bless your family.
What a beautiful birthday gift. The words are powerful and mean a lot. Hope she remembers them every day. You two have such a special relationship, You inspire others to be better !
I, too, all the time see sentiments like this and beat myself up (jk!) for not being clever enough to do that, too. The blanket is beautiful, and I know Sherry will treasure it. Like Victor wrote, the two of you are an inspiration!
I know she had to just love that blanket!
I love this song and I think it fits you and Sherry. Love the blanket throw. ❤️Sheila

Awww...such a sweet post and what a nice saying. Happy belated birthday Sherry! I hope it was great! When Jack and I got married my brother rented a 1931 rolls royce for us to ride around in before our reception. It was such fun and fun to see in photos of our special day. I may just have to blog about it!
What a sweet sentiment on that blanket, Jack, and I think it fits Sherry to a "T".
betty
A wonderful tribute to Sherry. Happy Belated Birthday!
Don't get on FB much these days; so happy I got to read the one above.
