Just a note

I hope this is a new post

Photo of the day

the ab ove photos are from GITMO when our boys raced Moto cross. Gitmo was one of my best duty stations it was like a small town USA

I got a note from friend Chatty who was wondering about me. I am having a fit with my computer along with other fun things.

For now

Righ when you think you have things set; something messes up my computer and I miss the screen Iusually see with my favoirte sites where all I have todo to click on them. Like righ now I cannot go back and correct those miss spelled words that are nderlined. I do not have a cursor.

I had to delete word for word my last etry here.

Anyway Sherry took a call today from Kentucky. She usually doesn’t do that.  But it was Mixon, the hubby of Ora.  Ora some of yo may remember used to blog here. She had a Cochlea Implant and we drove to see her and Mixon before I had my implants. She was a beautiful lady in every way. Mixon callted to tell us that Ora had passed.

I will miss knowing shew is gone.

I will cut this short and hate to let it go swith all the mistakes. But it is what it is.

I start my gtreatemets for skin cancer I am sure. Tomorrow. The meds have been distracted in the mail since we have two saddresses and confusses lots of things.

This treatment is wupposed to relieve all the precancer stuff down to where they can see the real things What ever that all means. I am sure it is all skin cancer and no need to worry.

I hope to be back soon and out of this funk an old man had fell into.

I hope I can figure all this computer CRAP out soon.

Love and miss you guys.

PS:

God has allowed us to meet some of the best folk on the planet. In person and here on the net, thank you for being here…  Meeting Ora was sweet. I know Mixon will miss her. Mixon is a retired chaplain.  He too was a joy to get to know..

I was sad to learn of Ora's passing,. Hope you're better and getting out of your funk. It's always nice to have good friends like Ora and Mixon, but it sure hurts when we lose them. Loved the pictures of happier times. They are what keeps us going through the rough timers!

It's so good to "see" you, again .. but I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. Not to mention, the computer aggravation. Ours behaves itself when I'm in the driver's seat, but it doesn't much like Tom. One of these days I fully expect to hear the sound of something being thrown out the window. (jus saying, lol)

HELLO, I have been thinking about you - so good to have you here.
Computers are FRUSTRATING! Can you buy a new one - if not no worries - I understood your whole letter.
I am sorry about the loss of another friend. I have lost so many myself. I guess I am getting to that age myself.
I did not know you had skin cancers - good luck tomorrow.

I have done battle with my computer more times than I can count. Sorry about Ora. It is hard to lose someone who has been part of your lives. Here's hoping that your surgery goes well, and news will give you what you need. Take Care, Jack

I hate when my computer don't work right. I blog from my iPad but I think the problems I have are more with "blogger". I'm just too dumb or too lazy to figure out wordpress.

Praying for you
