It looks like a go....

If that pic shows it is Sherry & brother Johnny in 1987 Friday night: One more try on this antique. I haven’t had time to do much of anything. Sherry has moved a lot of stuff inside the trailer, I have been weed-eating, doing emergency repairs to a basement door and wiring a 50 Amp outlet for the coach. We will be living mostly in the coach and needed the A/C. So now that the outlet is wired we have enough power for A/C. Blinds are next. We had hoped to try some yard and estate sales but the rains have been horrendous. Besides son Mark has not been able to get out utility trailer up due to the rain. He is bringing a table and bedroom suit methinks. I have been reading as much as possible on blogs. We are still happy with our purchase here. That #2 BR is extremely small and will take a ½-3/4 bed methinks. As long as we have the coach we will have an extra bedroom for company should we have any. Thanks for your comments on the ‘nothing blogs’ I appreciate you taking the time. It has been so hot here I am soaking wet in sweat by 11 AM each morning. Then the HEAVY rain showers, I would have love them as a kid. One day we were headed shopping for electrical stuff and normal home needs like trash cans, micro wave, etc and the rain was so had very little visibility, we had to turn around and come home. We can relax more now that we have power, and I will take my old /DELL to the dr. and see if it is new enough to be worth saving. I will check if he had a good used Lap top it not. Take care, Nite Shipslog This has taken over two hours. LOL y'all stay safe....

So glad to see your name again! Lots of adventures I see.

I think many bloggers are wrestling with the new blogger format. I personally have tried it 3 times, closed it 3 times. Now the powers that be have reminded me in no uncertain terms that I'd better get used to it.

Keep well, keep safe, keep dry.

It sounds like things are improving there in leaps and bounds. Glad you can do so much around the place for yourself. Now I'm hoping the computer situation turns out just as well. Missed seeing your posts there for a couple of days.

Saw the photo - you can tell they are brother and sister.
Computers - can't live with them can't live without them!

Y'all were missed! But yes, I understand. We've had rain just about every day, but nothing like what you described. I think even the meteorologists are getting weary of all these tropical storm disturbances. Stay safe!

Wow fellow, you are a go getter...never give up that ship. LOL. Sounds like lots of woes, hopefully small enough to tackle. I am sticking with this system till it goes up in smoke. I am praying that it will last a bit longer. Blessings to you and Sherry , stay safe, xoxo, Susie

So glad to hear from you two again. I wasn't worried. Nothing is more frustrating than computer woes. We also have been getting poured on but nothing like you. Stay above the high water lines and stay dry. It's nice you have power in your 'home' again. You sure have a dandy home. And of course, you're a great handyman like Bill so you can get things up and going.
Luck with your computer.
loven'hugs from up north where we celebrated Bill's 72nd BDay yesterday with a meal fit for a king complete with homemade Apple Pie. I'd share, but it's gone. ;)

Sounds like you guys are super busy but I'm beginning to think that's what keeps you both so young! I hope it all comes together soon and the rains aren't too hard on the area. We have had a dry summer so I've enjoyed the rain until we found a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Always something! Hopefully the guy we called will come tomorrow with a solution that won't break the bank! You two take care now!
