Memorable Automobiles from The Past:
I have NEVER appreciated
the over the counter pain meds: Aspirin, Vitamin I, etc. Mostly I have had a high pain
tolerance and as long as it was a day or two, I normally took nothing; and when
I did I never noticed any help.
We learned that term ‘vitamin
I’ on the Appalachian Trail. Hikers would take Ibuprofen fairly regularly and
it became vitamin I.
Once Sherry’s heels
hurt so bad we stopped and made camp and stayed 2-3 days until we had to
move. During that time a couple walked
by and gave Sherry a couple 800mg of ‘Vitamin I.’ She sure appreciated it. This girl keeps me going She is also my 'Vitamin S'.
Anyway I have now
learned that over a period of time those over the counter meds DO WORK. ;-)
It is always good to
learn something, even for thick headed people.
PS: This I have noticed:
travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until they
open their mouths."
