Court decisions

I certainly do not agree with all court room decisions. I also do not think they should be broadcast like a sit-com. This is not a novel turned into a movie, these are real, and sometimes life or death.

I once was stopped and given a ticket for speeding when I WAS NOT even close to the speed limit. I went to court and was practically laughed out of court. The verdict was wrong, it was left up to a judge, not a jury. He had his mind made up that if a patrolman gave me a ticket, I was guilty. I was from out of town, had I been court smart I would have paid a local lawyer $75 and I could probably have beaten it.

You know what?  I think OJ was guilty, but I DO NOT KNOW THAT! If he did it, he is the only one who really knows. If he did not do it, then two people know for sure.

In this Kaylee case. All of us KNEW THE MOM WAS GUILTY, TV, papers and radio all said so. She was tried in the media.  But some jurors who had no ax to grind, sat there for many days, and found her ‘Not Guilty’. I will accept their verdict. She will probably be killed by some nut now, but she was found NOT GUILTY, of murder, by a jury. Guilty or not, her life will be hell from now on!

That is my opinion. I was not there. Also in my opinion, watching on TV is not the same as being there. It should never have been televised. OJ’s should not have been televised.

I just thought I would say that!

PS: (lighten up a little)

ALL MEN / ALL GIRLS
When my daughter, Kelly, said her bedtime prayers, she would bless every family member, every friend, and every animal (current and past).
For several weeks, after we had finished the nightly prayer, Kelly would say,"And all girls." This soon became part of her nightly routine, to include this closing. My curiosity got the best of me and I asked her, "Kelly, why do you always add the part about all girls?" Her response, "Because everybody else always finishes their prayers by saying 'All Men!"

One of the world’s most unique vehicles.

I agree with all you said. Yes. Casey will never have a normal life, but remember Caylee, who only had 3 years of life. I for one can not find any thing but, how could any mother party for 31 days knowing her child was dead. I did not stay glued to the TV to know that is not normal. I am just a mom who knows I could never do that. Cute joke at the end oft your blog. lol By the way Simpson did get away with murder.

I love that shoe car!! LOL! Can't imagine driving it, but it surely is fashionable!!

Casey Anthony might get "rich" off this all, but her life is at risk and at danger indeed. I think she will always be looking behind her in the days to come.

I agree too with trials not being televised. I think that puts a bit of a sensationalism aspect into it and makes the lawyers "perform" instead of practice law. However, in saying that, I did watch a lot of the OJ trial on TV.

At least we know there is one True Judge who knows the truth and we'll let him take care of judgments :)

stay cool!

The Shoe car needs two seats so Shirl can ride me around in it when she gets it...ha. I don't think it's a good idea to televise either, but I did watch a lot of the O.J. trial. Enjoy your time in Georgey...:) Sheila

I wouldn't ride a motorcycle BUT if I did that shoe would be the one I would choose. I have heard that WOMAN is going to move to Texas. Good grief we have enough nuts here already.

Good for you Shirl. Yes she did kill her little girl. I tried to tread lightly in my comment, but she is guilty as sin. I guess the way I feel is if it is news and it was with OJ and Casey, then it should be televised. or can be televised because it is news.

That Show Car is screaming my name!

Regarding the Casey Anthony Trial. She is guilty as sin. I was in the legal profession for 42 years. Oh my.........Were these Jurors listening or what? This whole case upset me greatly as it did others.

And, I pray that the pass the "Caylee Law"!

I doubt Casey will have a normal life anywhere. I just pray that she does not hurt anyone else because she got away with murder!
