A mistake and just stuff

Autos of beauty

 Nice Mercedes!

For today:

When I kept my own books in business I was happy if I was within a dollar on my checking account balance.  My girl on the other hand will work a long time to find where she misplaced a nickel or dime.

I have a mad money account at the credit union. That is the only CC # that goes on the internet to buy or pay bills. At times we will use our house account CC when giving it over the phone, but not in writing on the internet. Just our own guidelines.

Anyway just lately I noticed an amount less than $10 charged to --- Music. I had seen it before but I order so much stuff for us and the coach I just thought some company I ordered from had music in their name. i.e. Grandson Stephen manages a store called, “Music and Arts”.

This time I did more research. I searched my account and found that I was paying this amt. every month. Doing more research, I somehow had taken a free trial with Amazon Music, cancel anytime etc, and musta forgotten. I musta ordered the album ‘AMEN’ for someone a year ago. The episode was My mistake, I own it,

Anyway I did learn something and I will pay more attention to my account.

I had a report from Belmont that Grandson Luke had adopted Blackie, the Black Tom cat that was the last of the three black cats of Stormy’s last litter. I guess that narrows the litter down to 2 or three feral cats at our home base.

Stella and her Grandma Mary have been going over to check on the cats. Michelle next door keeps the cats fed most of the time.

I was 5 years old the last time I was really attached to a cat. That was Tom. I met Stormy a couple years ago and made it a challenge to befriend that black feral cat. At 80 yrs of age I did and she finally accepted me as a friend. I hated to lose her. But I did make her life much easier as a feral.

So that is it for today. I do appreciate you stopping by.

Those free trials will getcha. I did a free trial of Amazon Prime last month. Forgot to cancel this month and was charged 15.50. I did like you and had to back track to find what it was for. So, thanks for the reminder. I need to go in and cancel it before they charge me next month.
I’m glad Blackie found a home.

Heading to Dallas to work.

I never use those free trial things because I know I'd be one to forget to cancel it too. Cats have definitely become a big part of your life. So nice you can make a ferrels life a little bit better.

Been there, done that! The only exception, back in 2000 I bought a whole set of living-room furniture 'interest free' if it wasn't paid in full at the end of 6 months. Thankful for my ticker file and certified mail, return-receipt to squeak through the finish line on the final day.

I'm just thankful your account wasn't hacked. Because of his inattention, Tom had that happen last year. The banker said they start out that way with small, insignificant withdrawals many would miss.

Oh my goodness - I have done that once myself - I won't buy something like that again though - burned once! Glad you caught it.

Lucky you caught up to the error before another year sneaks by you. I must admit, I've never done that but it's because I refuse to order online...even tho, that's the banks all work, on line. It's scary to me. I guess the cash and carry days are long gone unless we shop face to face at the big lot stores like wally world. Glad Blacky found a permanent home. We finally were able to befriend a feral cat when it was miserable minus 40 below. She wanted to come inside and never wanted to leave. Midnight was with us nearly 10 yrs.
love n' hugs from up north where the north winds are blowing in chilly, more like frigid air for Christmas day. We will stay home.

Those companies get you with their "free 30 day trial" that you have to loop together with your credit card/debit card. They think the majority of us will forget to cancel it after the 30 days. I've been guilty of it myself :) Glad to hear another feral cat has a "forever" home :)
