Global Warming vs Climate Change

The numbers are stark. Carbon dioxide emissions: up 60 percent. Global temperature: up six-tenths of a degree. Population: up 1.7 billion people. Sea level: up 3 inches. U.S. extreme weather: up 30 percent. Ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica: down 4.9 trillion tons of ice.

As a thinking person, I am saying, We have almost two Billion more folk? The body puts off heat, My silly mind says 2 billion bodies alone could raise the temp (especially if we take hot baths!)

Amazing how much I distrust ‘experts’, and Unbelievable the extent some investigative reporters will go to for a STORY!

I just noticed a headline: “Stars who have ugly soul mates?” (What kind of mind do you have to want to write that or want to read it?)

about to be annoyed

Another one today: “Cute Child-stars that grew up ugly!”

awkiss apig

Read the ‘experts’ on our food for another thing.

One group of experts say watch the calories.. Then another group of EXPERTS will say: No man it is Carbs! Watch the Carbs.

The ‘experts’ opinions on where humans came from:  God created us.

Nah, Other Experts say: We evolved.

But didn’t someone or something have to start the first star, planet, sun or moon, did they just happen? Do things like that happen today?

The ‘experts’ opinions as to religions or non religions. #1…Look! this proves it, here is the proof.

#2…Aw shucks that isn’t Proof, look at mine, this is Proof!

Experts argue with experts.

The ‘Expert’ opinions on how to raise your children. Now, that has been a winner over the years, hasn’t it?.

we can chase cars

The ‘Expert opinions’ on world resources. Expert: We are using up all the resources?

The other Expert, then we will find a replacement!

The ‘Expert’ opinions on world governments.

That one is a real jewel, which is the best type of Government?  There again it is according to which Expert you want to listen to.  I sorta like ours with all its warts.. (What are we a Republic or Democracy?) I forget.

I stick with stuff on which I am the expert. ICE CREAM. The best flavor is……..BUTTER PECAN (okay maybe Walnut!) Shucks, every one knows that…..

Don’t they?                                              (who said chocolate?)

Nite Shipslog

PS: I must do this every once in awhile it unboils my blood.

3-D truck paintings: I love this painting, you are passing this truck and it is rolling. You see the door he came into the trailer and there he is in the hammock WHO IS DRIVING?

That is a cool truck with the 3D hammock; makes me want to rest in one today :)

It is good to get out our feelings like this, Jack, I agree with what you said. The experts really don't know much because if they did, they wouldn't keep changing their mind about what is good, what is not good to eat, etc. I think the one true and only expert is God and we need to get our wisdom from him :)

Well I thought the experts knew
everything. I think if we listen
to some of them we would be in
trouble. Like the picture of the
little girl kissing the pig and the dog talking to the baby.

The artist sure is talented that
painted the pictures on the trucks.

Question - do you believe in global warming? I am not sure about it.

I like the nativity scene at the bottom.

You are right. Seems everybody is an expert these days about something. I take the advice with a grain of salt.

Another thought provoking entry. I don't pay too much attention to the experts except of course I pay attention to your knowledge. Yes I did have a mess to clean up after the bottle explosion but it must have been a very small bottle so it could have been worse. To tell you the truth I can't remember that bottle being in that drawer. We're still puzzling over that one.

I'm certainly no expert, but have come to trust my own judgment more and more. Then, if (wink) I'm wrong there's no-one left to blame.

Tiresome, aren't they? I like what Betty said - there's only one expert and last I heard, He doesn't spend his time writing op-eds.

I'd love to have the money that people spend becoming an expert on something. All the polls, research etc takes up a lot of time and effort not to even think about the money spent. One expert seems to try and disprove the other. I'd say you become an expert by practice. Doing things often like playing a piano til you get good at it. As far as I'm concerned they are only expressing their opinions, which is something we all do. So maybe we are all experts of some kind. I am enjoying the 3 D trucks. They are amazing.
