BoJangles’s Chicken & Buddy!

Chicken--bojangles-418106_486_576

Tomorrow we head to Orlando and some Bojangles chicken. Well it is not just the chicken of course; we are going to meet Don & Evelyn. They are our friends from NC who come down during the winter also. They winter in Melbourne. We try to get together at least once during the winter. A normal routine is we spend the first two or three weeks together here in Wildwood then they head for Melbourne. At the end of the winter they come back for a couple weeks before we all head back to NC.

It is an enjoyable schedule. Tomorrow we will drive about 60 miles and they will drive about 50m showing we think more of them, or love them more, as Sherry said. Hahahahahaha! It is a day outing and we will thoroughly enjoy being with them. We might just go get a Blizzard as dessert.

I just got an e-mail from Buddy, here it is he said:

I just got off the phone with a friend, Slim, in Wisconsin…
He said that since early this morning the snow has been nearly waist high  and is still falling. The temperature is dropping below zero and  the north wind is increasing.  His wife Mel, or Dee Dee, has done nothing but look through  the kitchen window all day.

He says that if it gets much worse,  he may have to let her in.

We are having snow but not that much. I wonder
if Sheila got her snow. We snow danced yesterday. Now I want the Sun to come out.
I made some snow cream and put some in the freezer. We seldon have snow and I know you are sorry you missed it by being in Fl. LOL I do feel bad for the ones who have it all the
time. I am sure it is not fun.

Now I am very thankful our snow is only about 1/2 a foot. And we haven't gone done to 0 degrees yet we are at a whopping 28 degrees here this evening. Enjoy that chicken tomorrow. It does sound good.

Breakfast served all day - what a great place it must be, starting the day over and over again, regardless of time. A safe road ahead and a good Tuesday for you all.

Never been to a Bojangle's but if you belonged to the Blizzard Fan Club like I do you could buy one and get one for Sherry free.Guess it wouldn't work with you moving around though. You have to have a permanent Dairy Queen address. Have fun with your friends.

We got snow, but not as much as I would like. The schools get another snow day, ice/snow overnight into tomorrow. Enjoy your bojangles, didn't know they had them down that way. I never heard of them until I came here. Take care and try to stay warm... ;)Sheila

LoL @ Mel, looking through the window all day! I'll bet Slim will finally open the door, put away his shovel and come back inside!
