MOVE,(The bill collectors know where we are.)

This is our Christmas Decorations. So Merry Christmas to All

Well the bill collectors found out where we were, so we had to leave. We are now on Lake Griffin, but don’t tell THEM.
Don’t want to make anyone mad, but it is short sleeve weather here. Looking forward to having a fire tonight. WE love camp fires. Enjoy sitting close to it with a cup of coffee and talking about our, family, our past and our lives.

WE are blessed beyond measure, and we know it. Just a little while back, visiting with Kenneth, an old friend from Missouri, let me know just how blessed we are. When we get old, all we have really is our memories. The good times with the family. Kenneth’s family has so many wonderful memories. Now they have been stolen from him by the thief named Alzheimer’s.
You can’t bring them back for him. The family can’t bring them back for him. His loving wife of 60+ years cannot bring them back. He was once the clerk of a church I pastored, when I thought I was a preacher. He taught me a lot. Now he cannot remember what he taught me.
So, we enjoy each other, my love and I. We know we don’t have a lot of time left to do it. We walk around the different places that we stay, as we live this part of our lives RV’ing.
We laugh at how naïve we have been in the past. Rushing through each phase of our lives, just to reach another. Oh we enjoyed the times. But did not know how wonderful our teens were. WE did not have a clue how wonderful life was when we were in our twenties. About thirty we saw others at forty, fifty doing the same. I can remember telling Sherry. “I do not want to get old and say I wish I had done this, this or that. Let’s try to do it when and while we can.”
So we have. It has been great. If I ever have regret, it will be not sailing around the world. Right now is not the time to think of doing that, because of the danger and unrest on the open sea. So I am not going to cry over that. Tonight I am going to hold my girl and thank her for following this derelict through his dreams and fantasies. We will relive some good times around the fire.

Right now I am going to close and go have dinner with our pastor & his lovely wife.

THE FOUR STAGES OF LIFE

:1) You believe in Santa Claus.

2) You don't believe in Santa Claus.

3) You are Santa Claus.

4) You look like Santa Claus.

You are right we are blessed beyond measure.
The good memories are what keeps us going. I want to try and shorten the story about Kat's
twice owned watch and put it on my blog. She
and Mother wrotes good plays. I will probably
write about me playing the "Christ Child" in the play that Mother wrote. Such wonderful and talented Ladies and love by everyone.

Hello Mr. Jack,

You are a blessed man and what is so great you know it!

Philippians 4:12-13

I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it means to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situtaion , whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.

I CAN DO ALL THIS THROUGH HIM THAT GIVES ME STRENGTH.

This is what came to my mind as I read your entry. You and Miss Sherry Have a Wonderful and Blessed Christmas.

God Bless

Randy

Watch out, don't burn the bottom of your sandles on that camp fire!!! Snow finally quit for a day, BUT tomorrow morning starts off with Snow turning to freezing rain, I have part of the Christmas Eve service tomorrow night, I get to read my favorite, Luke 2; 1-15 and Matt. 2; 1-12, i prefer LUKE but will appease the Minister, LOL... I will be sure to Lift Jack and Sherry and their Family and Friends during open Prayers!! take care:

I have got to say this. All of you, the new people and the ones that have been around for ever so long are so important to me. You hit the nail on the head when you said how important memories are as we age. I am so very grateful that I can remember. Until you have a loved one with alzheimers you just don't know what a blessing it is to be able to remember. I cherish you and Sherry"s friendship and your crazy jokes. They make me laugh and in this world today their is not much to laugh at. I love your dash decorations. You could have left out the dig about short sleeve weather. It is 6 above zero, but NO NEW SNOW Yet. Have a very Merry Christmas and for just for one half hour I wish it would drop to 6 above zero where you are. Merry Christmas Jack and Sherry

Merry Christmas Sherry and Jack! I love the decorations! I love your advice you gave; that advice needs to be shared with the young (if they will listen)!

I liked Randy's scripture he gave too! and I'll leave one Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always, again I say rejoice!

seems like you are rejoicing in him as you rejoice in your season of your life right now!

Enjoy!
