Automobiles and Coffee:
I cannot remember when those two edibles did not go together.
Most people I know like coffee and donuts. Now to be honest my girl prefers a
layer of, or an inner gob of chocolate.
I could probably eat a complete dozen of plain glazed donuts with a
couple cups of coffee.
And then there is ham & cheese, yep two things that are as
commonly mentioned together like shoes and socks.
Ham & cheese sandwiches. The ones on the right, sliders, Sherry made these awhile back they were delicious.
For most military personnel, and lots of civilians beer goes
with pizza. But here I found myself in the minority. I love a Pepsi/Coke with
my Pizza. They just go together according to my pallet.
I LOVE a sandwich of sliced bread,
mayo, and tomato. Since childhood nothing sides one better than a cool glass of
milk, to me.
I know God must have ordained Mr. George Washington Carver to
make Peanut butter to go with soda crackers also to be eaten with a cool glass
of milk. LOL
(Speaking of p-nut butter, have you tried ‘Honey Roasted Peanut
Butter?” If no, You will like it!)
My dad loved cornbread and butter milk. I like it okay, but I prefer cornbread and
‘sweet’ milk. BTW I was raised calling
‘whole white milk’ sweet milk. Are you
familiar with folks doing that?
Can you tell I did not know what to blog about tonight? ;=)

Fish and chips and Guinness. How about that?
God bless.
Some things to seem to ge to gather just like you and your sweetheart do. I do love coffee and donuts and have a hard time giving them up in order to accord sugar in my diet. I haven't found any that are sugar free. Peanut butter on bread is a better choice. I'm trying to eat that peanut butter toast instead of donuts these days, but once in a while, I have to spurge! Hope you had a wonderful Easter there. It was a beautiful day here.
I have a sign in the shape of a pig that says Jack and I go together like bacon and eggs! I don't drink coffee and I don't like glazed donuts but give me an apple fritter any day with milk!
Honey-roasted PB? Be still my heart! I've an unopened jar of JIF extra-crunchy in the back of the fridge (that) I bought for my birthday -- but so far have resisted. I like to stick a soup spoon in the freezer, than after a while use it to scoop the PB and eat that like an all-day sucker.
Tom loves the glazed donuts, too. But I'm like Sherry. If I'm going to indulge it's gotta be all the way.
He's a Coca-Cola man, too -- but I think with all the news this week he may switch to Pepsi.
You had me at doughnuts! I could eat an entire box of the hot Krispy Kreme original glazed.
Many will say “Chicken and Waffles” go together. I’m not so sure of that but I like them both.
Nick says “peanuts and coke”.
From over here
